REFUND / EXCHANGE
If for some reason you aren’t happy with your order, you can exchange it or return it for full refund, including original shipping costs, up to 10 days after you receive it.
Here are the steps if you would like to return or exchange an artwork:
- Within 10 days of receiving the artwork, email me at email@example.com letting me know the item details and whether you’d like to do a return or exchange.
- After emailing, please bring the items to your local post office within 5 days to ship back. Artwork must be returned in the original condition, and sent back packaged safely in the original box and packaging. Please keep in mind, customers pay return shipping.
- Once the artwork is safely returned, I will email you to let you know and process the refund or exchange.
If you would like to cancel an order, simply email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of ordering and I will cancel the order and refund payment.
If it’s over 24 hours please still email me. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, I can cancel and refund it for you. If it has shipped, we will need to do a return.
